In those cases, the applicable reservation, cancellation, refund, safety, liability, operational, and onboard conduct terms will be governed by the separate agreement provided at the time of booking. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed service or charter agreement, the signed agreement shall control.
